Refund policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES 

1. General Policy: All sales of digital products and services are final. We do not offer refunds for any digital products or services purchased from TRW Digital Hub, except as required by applicable law.

2. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to: • Downloadable products (e.g., e-books, software, templates) • Online courses and webinars • Digital subscriptions • Membership fees

3. Services: All sales of services are final. This includes, but is not limited to: • Consulting services • Coaching sessions • Digital content creation • Virtual events and workshops

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact our customer service team to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

4. Cancellations Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Technical Issues If you experience technical issues with a digital product, please contact our customer service team within [3] days of purchase. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to ensure you can access and use the product as intended.

RETURNS AND REFUND 

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date. 

TRW Digital Hub has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Shipping

Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation.
